We get a lot of questions about Google images and how to upload images so they can be found on Google and Picasa, so we have enclosed a video on how to do so. If you want your images to be found by Google you don't actually load them to Google. Instead you use your website or Picase. While we're discussing photos we would be remiss if we didn't cover Picasa. Picasa allows you to collect and edit pictures, and create albums online. Picasa offers organizing, editing, tagging, mapping and sharing of photos too. You can organize your photos into groups. The video below shows some of the features in Picase 3.5.

This quick video gives you the basics of how to resize photos using open source software called Gimp. Gimp has a wide array of graphics functionality to help you with your website. If you can afford Photoshop or Fireworks, by all means use it. If graphics is a hobby most people can get by with Gimp.
